INTENSIVE THERAPY

We specialise in focused therapy intensives for individuals seeking in-depth support around emotional, psychological, and relational experiences. “Intensive” means working together in a more focused and in-depth manner than the traditional model of 50-minute weekly sessions. Therapy intensives may involve longer sessions, more frequent sessions, or a combination of both, depending on what feels most helpful and manageable for you. The work is planned collaboratively for an agreed period of time, with a clear focus on developing understanding, exploring patterns, and addressing areas that feel pertinent to you.

Our work is grounded in established, evidence-based psychological approaches. These are integrated thoughtfully and adapted to each person’s needs, values, and circumstances. Research suggests that more focused, intensive therapeutic work can support deeper emotional processing, stronger engagement, and meaningful progress, particularly for people working with complex or trauma-related difficulties.
