Training and Organisational Support
We offer psychologically informed training, consultation, and reflective practice for organisations working in complex and emotionally demanding environments.
A central part of our work is the design and delivery of tailored training programmes that support staff wellbeing, ethical practice, and effective service delivery. Training is developed collaboratively and shaped around each organisation’s priorities, challenges, and service context. Examples of training topics delivered include:
-
Trauma-informed care
-
Understanding and responding to distress and emotional dysregulation
-
Supporting neurodivergent individuals in services and organisations
-
Compassion-focused approaches to staff wellbeing and burnout
-
Managing risk, boundaries, and professional resilience
-
Reflective practice and psychologically informed team working
-
Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills for engagement and behaviour change
-
Integrating MI into multidisciplinary and frontline practices
Alongside training, we provide consultation and facilitated reflective spaces to support teams in thinking carefully about practice, relationships, and systems.

Fees
Organisational support is offered on a sessional or project basis. Fees are discussed and agreed in advance, depending on the scope and nature of the work.
